Pantene... Colour Protect... Colour Seal Concentrate Review...
I was desperate to try this product after reading about it on the Pantene website.
So, as you can imagine, when I was sent some to review, I was over the moon! :) Prior to this, I had been searching for it for a couple of weeks. I tried Boots, Superdrug, Tesco... no luck. All of the Boots stores I went to said that they 'might' be getting it in when their haircare shelves were revamped. This was despite the fact that they already had the shampoo, conditioner, spray & masque from the same range! I wasn't really interested in trying the other products, but the Colour Seal Concentrate really caught my eye...
The above photo shows the tube of product in its packaging (so you know what you're looking for if you decide to get some!)
The 'Colour Seal Concentrate' smells exactly the same as all the other Pantene products and it's a thick white cream...
The photo above was take without the flash as it didn't show up when I used it!
Colour Seal Concentrate is for you if:
DO YOU HAVE: Coloured or highlighted hair that is damaged and suffers from colour fade?
BUT YOU WANT: Coloured or highlighted hair that is protected from colour fade for longer?
Colour Seal Concentrate is a concentrated treatment that helps repair the look of your damaged hair and gives you colour protection for up to 8 weeks!
Directions:
Apply once a week evenly from root to tip. Leave on for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use after shampoo & conditioner.
I used it for the first time today and I love it! My hair felt smooth and soft, but I can't wait to use it after I get my hair coloured again in 2 weeks' time. I plan on doing a follow-up review on this to see if it really does prevent colour fade after 8 weeks. This will be the real test!

Have you tried this yet? Did it work for you? x
(I was sent this to review by Pantene, but I was not paid to do so)

ReplyDelete@Jude.. It's definitely worth a try so I hope you find some. I was tearing my hair out looking for it (although I've just had a text from my sister to say she saw it in a tiny Sainsbury's tonight - typical!!) x
ReplyDeleteHi! I found your review and I was wondering if it really worked for 8 weeks as they say. I bought it yesterday and I'll get my hair coloured this week. Thank you!
